Nice classic (transparent) case. Bought two of them for my two iPhone 13, because of the amazing internet page, where it says that the drop is ok within 1.2m heights. Sadly both of my iPhone 13 fell from my hand at much lower heights and got pretty serious damages. Please consider that the transparent cases from this company does not cover such drop. The support response is good, but they offered me a ridiculous ways to fix what happened.First a new case for free (I should have paid for the shipping cost), second a refund of 50% of one case (€9.755). How can you trust a case like that? I’m only speaking about the transparent case, not of the other products.
