Parcel got lost in the mail. I needed a case asap and having waited 10+ days for the first parcel, I bought a new case and screen protector in shop and asked for a refund. Victoria, my customer service representative, didn’t listen to me and sent me a perfectly useless replacement. So now I spent money for something that will sit on my desk, closed, indefinitely. Listen to your customers or you’ll go out of business.Edit: expanding my initial review with later development: after the initial bad impression, I was contacted by Andrea, an associate that was able to listen to my needs and resolved the matter a bit quickly. It still took one week to fix one simple hiccup. Won't try the brand again but at least I won't be stopping my friends from buying from it.
