Was previously a fan and was looking forward to trying some of their current range in exchange for completing a detailed survey. Unfortunately they didn't send out any of what they promised and their contact email rejects any correspondence. My sister has had the identical problem, too, so this was not a one-off occurrence.So disappointing that such a well known brand would run a scam like this.Won't be buying again.
