I am 45 years old. I have tried so many diets and SlimReset was the only one that worked. What I love about is it, encourages healthy eating, drinking a healthy amount of water, and makes me feel so much better within a week of my start date. I also am an inpatient person so seeing immediate results kept me motivated. I lost 28 pounds in 30 days so definitely was happy. The key for sure is to not fall back in old patterns. Keep on the program during the stabilization phase so this doesn't happen. It is worth the cost because it is not just weight loss, it is confidence, self-esteem and most of all healthy eating habits.

I have loved this program and have successfully lost weight with each round of treatment. The coaches are so helpful and always available to support throughout and answer all my questions. Instructions and support guides are very helpful and clear. Highly recommend this program to others who are just in a rut with their weight. I feel myself again after years and get so excited to fit into those smaller clothes in my closet finally! 😊
I lost 20 lbs over 6 weeks and any stall on the program was my own fault by not strictly adhering to the plan. It works and they provide support and the app is good to track food, calories and exercise. Look forward to the stabilization phase and then maintaining the weight loss.
The most important and impactful aspect of this program, aside from losing weight (woohoo!) is the access to coaching and advice.
