Extremely disappointing experience. Caution is advised when ordering from this seller. We are based in another country, and they assured us they could handle international delivery. We quickly placed our order and completed payment without any issues. We ordered 15 dairy products, but later they notified us that only 14 would be sent. When the package arrived, most items were damaged, and one was completely ruined. We only requested one replacement, which seemed reasonable. However, they informed us that we would need to pay €2,500 for a so-called “protection fee” to receive the replacement. This amount far exceeds the value of the item we ordered. This fee was never disclosed prior to payment, which is unacceptable and feels deceptive. When we filed a complaint, rather than offering assistance, their response turned hostile. They blamed us for continuing to follow up. This is not acceptable customer service and demonstrates a lack of accountability. In summary, this was a dreadful experience. Future customers, particularly those ordering internationally, should exercise caution when dealing with this seller.
