Exactly the same here; they refuse to even set your limit. Worse still, a total of €250 in deposits hasn't been credited to your account. They keep asking for statements, and the so-called Manager, Roy Vault, says he's doing everything he can, but he does absolutely nothing! A few thousand euros are going to hell... TIP: REPORT ALL PROBLEMS TO CASINO GURUThese scammers need to stop their sweet talk. Check if they have a license for the country where they offer their casino games. If they don't have one, as is the case for the Netherlands, you can reclaim it. I've also reported them to the Dutch government, which oversees this. Together we stand strong, and don't let this casino continue their practices, especially if you ask them to implement limits and/or close your account, because they're obligated to do so. They're already making a big mistake!Update 13-8-2025Now that I'm on the right track, Mr. Vault sends another email asking if I could provide details, including statements. I've already sent that "good" man this five times...unbelievable.
