All of that makes no difference once you put these players in some kind of 'disabled/prohibited" players list. None of these players know shit about how it works. The only reason why im putting this on blast...because the people that work for AG casino dont know why my "withdrawable amount is available. It is available because of the money that i have spent. They think that i have to same coin in my bank roll to collect. There nothing in the rules stating that my money has to equal the amount i want withdrawn. Example: going to an actual casino playing with a players card earns you points. When points accumulate, like mine did, you get $28 that you can redeem. You dont have to have money in your machine , equal to the withdrawable amount. Reason why: the withdrawable amount (its the available amount) is the amount coming from the points being earned using the money. I literally wasted my time trying to get a worker to realize what they couldnt understand. So stupid!! Why would i have to have a balance equal to the balance of my withdrawable amount? These people are really stupid!!
