If I could rate this site 0* I would. They are hands down the worst site ever. I sent the requested documents to get verified. Well, they said the bill was out of date. Then they wanted my ID next to my face. I sent these. A month went by, I was told 3-5 business days. Well they escalated it today, and I was told the PDF files I provided need to be PDF files and original. I of course only got this far by coming unglued on customer service. They also require a $1000 playthrough on a $25 deposit because they give you $100 to play with. This is insane by every definition. So I then went and contacted support again asking to file a complaint as it's been a month and I get told I didn't upload the original PDFs. She asked the nature of my complaint, and I let her know how I felt. I have also filed a complaint with casino.org today as this is just ridiculous. She assured me that I would be contacted by someone within 3-5 business days. I asked "Okay great, so I can expect a response in a month when I reach out to YOU?" If you want the truth? Avoid them, and report them to casino.org. This site is terrible and they won't file your complaint. They give you an email address to send it to.
