I, like others, have bern trying to make a withdrawal. I have sent my information 4 times for verification, and yet no deposit to my bitcoin account. When you contact support they just keep saying you need to submit your information for validation, and never validated you. I have nern waiting over 3 weeks, and now get no response from support when I respond.
