I've spent the last two weeks trying to get them to honor the welcome package that they offered from the first day it gave me the 300 % of my deposit but I was supposed to get 30 free spins also they never gave me even one free spins when I contacted customer support they argued with me for over an hour that I had multiple accounts with in my household and when I tried to explain their was no one else in my household and to delete any other accounts in my name they said that they couldn't delete my account and even after I called back or vot in touch with them the second time they said that they where passing it on to their survivors and that they would contact me via email and I havent heard a word from them yet
