I submitted a valid bank statement and my debit card details — but because my card (like most in Canada) doesn’t have a name or number printed on it, they keep rejecting it despite the clear supporting documents. They’re just making excuses to avoid paying out.The customer service is useless and rude. They don’t help at all, just copy-paste scripted responses, go in circles, and abruptly close the chat when you push for real answers. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.The withdrawal process is clearly designed to stall or block your money. They drag verification endlessly and give no timelines or real support. It honestly feels like they’re doing everything possible to keep your winnings.If they don’t approve my withdrawal, I will report them to the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). They need to face serious consequences for these shady and unethical practices.Do not waste your time or money on this platform. It’s a scam.
