SlotsMagic, Horrific VIP Treatment and Cutomer Service & Lost Personal Service

Since the take over, Jackpot Party now SlotsMagic has lost its appeal, customer service levels have dropped, VIP programme it the worst I have seen and they false advertise on there website saying platinum VIP + get faster payouts yet turns out this is not the case and subject to approval, of course the first time I asked for this they never did it??

UPDATE 26-06-14:
Things have got worse here, the management sent my an email on the 3rd of June confirming for the month with would process my withdrawals faster. For the next 4 withdrawals I was required to battle for hours on live chat just to get what had been agreed. Then it took another level, on 25-06-14 I made a withdrawal to be informed management had decided to go against our agreement and would not process my withdrawal as agreed in there email. I can honestly say SlotsMagic has the worst customer service I have EVER received online and as a VIP I dread to think how they treat standard players. I have now requested they close my account, I suggest if you like honest straight casinos stay clear here. I would suggest BGO & SlotBoss, much better service for VIPs. Happy to provide further information on request.
