Very poor customer service. I always ask about account verification before I deposit so we agreed on my birth certificate and bank card along with utility bill . So I sent it off via email deposited and won 3grand on monopoly big event . So I withdrawad and surprise surprise my Id was not accepted . After 2 week of phoning them up I did get the money off them but still account not verified . Closed now won't use again be carefully to play ojo are the same company !
