Withdrawals take far to long. I am on day 5 now, waiting for a small payment of £150. They have lied to me, saying the funds were transferred and the problem must be with my bank. I phoned my bank and nothing has been sent. The customer service is terrible. Live chat do not respond until the next day and you then get a standard robotic reply saying you have to wait 7 full working days before they will investigate further. So that means I now have to wait over 2 weeks before they will even look into the matter. There terms and conditions state winnings will be back into my bank within 11 hours!I feel very angry.
