My real cash balance suddenly dropped from £1220.00 to £600.00 due to the game “Cash Volt” crashing. I have been waiting for them to investigate since 22 October 2021. I remarkably happened to have a screenshot showing the balance just before it got up to £1220.00 which I took to show my brother because he always was saying nobody ever wins on online slots! I asked for the game history but strangely enough there was a gap in the transactions around the time it happened.
