I’ve gambled online for over 20 years now and with countless casinos. This one is hands down the worst when it comes to speaking with agent and withdrawals are nearly impossible. Uploaded documents which were verified then attempted to make a withdrawal and it wouldn’t allow me to do so stating I need to have documents verified which they already were. Had to wait an extra day until I could in fact make a withdrawal. In there terms and conditions they say withdrawals will pass the pending stage at midnight GMT time but mines has been pending for days now. I have attempted to reach out for support via email and chat and once in a while days later I receive a generic response that doesn’t clarify anything other than miraculously they seem to be doing much more withdrawals than normal… (I’ve seen this song and dance before). It’s just a stalling technique used by poorly run casinos in hopes a player with reverse a withdrawal and have you play through it to avoid paying out. I’m assuming this casino is facing major financial hardship due to their lack of ability to pay out. Amount I’m waiting on is $5,000.00.
