Update: Since posting my review last night I received a notice from PayPal that my winnings have been sent and I'm waiting on the block chain. I am grateful but wish I hadn't had to write the negative review to begin with.I've always loved this casino the games are my favorite. Well I won a few weeks ago. I made sure to read the terms and conditions very carefully, Or so I thought, I was surprised that given the 7-10day window for withdrawal approval I got an email in a few hours telling me my withdrawal had been apporoved and would be processed shortly. Per the terms I have waited 7 - 10 business days since I got the email and decided to ask customer service when I could expect my winnings. My count was slightly off but the rep told me that Monday the process would be completed. As we spoke she let me know that this was only the approval process and I have to wait another 7-10 days longer before my winnings would be actually sent to me. As expected this is disheartening as all he'll. The email sent stating my request was approved was extremely misleading. The thing that kills me is that I have won money 2 other times playing Modo casino and received my winnings same day. I understand every casino has its own rules I just don't understand why Slots of Vegas is the only one I've encountered that isn't clear with their policies. If I ever do get my money I won't be playing here again.
