I bought the monthly subscription which states you can make and receive international calls from and to the UK.Turns out the caller or called person in the US cannot hear me.I tried to re-install the eSIM but the activation code had expired.That might be a resolvable problem if they had a help desk where you can have a remote chat or talk to someone. They dont. Ive contacted their email support but no useful response yet, so my service is down. I guess i will have to cancel, walk away from the money ive sent them and try to find a better alternative. Shouldnt be difficult!
