While I had the service good. Trying to port my number away and 4 days with no response from customer service. I see others have said the same thing when it comes to porting, which is illegal. According to FCC regulations, carriers are required to process simple porting requests within one business day. I will be contacting FCC and encourage anyone who has this issue to do the same thing. Enough complaints, hopefully they will launch an investigation. Further, I attempted to call them, only to find that they do not offer a customer service phone number. I find it ironic, and frankly unacceptable, that a company selling phone services does not provide phone support.
