The 52" fan arrived but our electrician said it was too small for the size of the room. The box remained unopened. We had chose to get a larger fan. I informed the company that I am returning the fan and the box is unopened. I was told that the shipping fee is my responsibility. I had to pay $76 for shipping it back. The fan cost $188. I'm extremely unhappy about returns not being covered by the company especially when the box is being returned unopened. I will never buy any item from Smafan again.
