We received our 2 fans very securely packed and with all pieces and parts clearly marked. We hired an electrician to install the fans and were told that it was a very easy installation. The lights are bright and can be adjusted to meet the activity needs in the 2 rooms where they are located. The apps on our phones are wonderful so that we can turn the fans on while driving home in anticipation of a cooled home. The fans are quiet and produce a very nice flow of air without vibration or any noise whatsoever. One fan is in a bedroom and the noiseless fan makes for a comfortable sleep. Customer service was AMAZING. I cannot say enough about the quick responses I received from Customer Service. My husband and I highly recommend the company and the fans, We have a winter home and are planning on replacing fans there with the Carro smart fans.
