Smallpdf charged for a yearly subscription in 2025 for an account allegedly opened in 2023. No charge was made in 2024, despite the company claiming an active subscription since 2023. After seeing the charge on my credit card in 2025, I tried to login in to the account, but was unable to, even after requesting a password reset (no email or link to reset was ever received from smallpdf). The company has been unable to address my concerns regarding irregularities in their business practices and refuses to refund the charge made in 2025.
