We needed this service, I am guessing 2 years ago. We we first started getting charged and Didn’t realize it was recurring. We tried to cancel but they will not refund the $120 that hadn’t cleared yet. There are no emails to inform you about renewal or upcoming charges. Customer service says they canceled for next year.
