Very terrible company. Their free trial is a scam, so be careful. They don't give refunds, and their support team sucks. Unless you call them out, they will not reply to you for days. I was debited the day my free trial ended, and even though I canceled the plan the same day, they refused to refund me for weeks. This is an account I didn't use at all. They didn't even email me to say that my free trial had ended or that they had debited me. After disturbing them and emailing their leaders, they gave me a partial refund and removed the subscription for a month (the same month that I did not even use their account). You had better run for your life with this company; they are scammers and thieves. This was my first time doing business with such a rigid and unfair company. If they are so money-hungry, they could have just become loan sharks.The company aside, their support team is very rude and unempathetic. Very unhelpful and terrible set of people. I wonder how they were employed and how they are still allowed to be a bridge between the company and their customers. It's a pity I can't give them 0 star—bunch of scammers.
