Date of experience this review required is actually "ongoing." I've been using SmallPDF for a few years now. While I was a little annoyed that the amount of freebie usage was changed to a lower frequency, it was very understandable. Overall very simple and easy to use, worked extremely well, and responsive customer service who actually took your suggestions to heart. Was actually sad to cancel my membership because I'm getting a different pdf service at work. But at least I can still use the few freebies a day as needed. Thanks SmallPDF!
