Very disappointed with Smallpdf. I tried to cancel my free trial, but the cancellation option was impossible to find. As soon as the charge appeared (still pending), I contacted both my bank and Smallpdf immediately. Despite acting right away and not using the service, they refused to refund me and kept sending generic replies. This feels unfair and misleading for users. I do not recommend this service.
