I would give zero stars if I could. I was charged after the free trial ended and attempted to request a refund, but customer service was completely unhelpful. Despite what their FAQ claims, I never received a reminder email before being charged. Additionally, there is no clear option to disable auto-renewal, which feels intentionally misleading.
