Avoid this Company – Caution AdvisedI would strongly advise against using this company. It appears to be a trap, particularly if you forget to cancel the subscription after the free trial.I signed up for their free trial and unfortunately forgot to cancel. On the 8th day, they automatically charged me for a full year’s subscription. When I contacted them to request a refund, their response was as follows:“When you signed up for Smallpdf Pro, we required you to confirm that you'd read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions, which state that the payment will take place at the end of the trial period unless you cancel the trial account. Subscriptions are on auto-renewal and by agreeing to the terms, you permitted us to make further payments, which is why the charge was made.”Despite my explanation, they refused to issue a refund. I also contacted my bank, but they deemed the payment valid and could not reverse the charge. As a result, I lost £81 for a service I neither wanted nor needed.Please be cautious and consider avoiding this company. I’m sharing this to help others avoid a similar experience.
