I’ve been charged for months without using or having an account at Smallpdf. Despite providing all requested info, I was asked for even more sensitive card details, which felt unsafe. Still no refund or clear resolution. There is no number that I can call and they keep asking for more creditcard details via email. Seems shady.Very disappointing experience.
