I used this website once and never again! I just wanted to convert a PDF and made sure to cancel right after. To cancel, it said I had to delete my account, and that all subscriptions linked to the account would be canceled. I did exactly that. But seven days later, I was still charged for a yearly subscription. Customer service was rude, claimed they hadn’t charged me, and refused to help. I ended up having to cancel my bank card. Total scammers. Stay far away!
