Edited a couple of documents on the free trial, 20 minutes of use, later charged £81 for a year subscription. No refunds given. I'm a bit of a fool for not cancelling the trial on time, but, If I don't want the service, surely they won't just take my money for nothing? Because that's what criminals do! Turns out.. yes, they are content with that. Luckily my bank protects against criminal activity, (it actually specifies free trial scams) check if yours does too and don't let smallpdf continue in their very polished CON.
