I signed up to explore this company's PDF editor but found it unhelpful and not meeting my needs. Unfortunately, I forgot to cancel the free trial, and £81 was charged to my account. Despite explaining my situation politely and requesting a refund, highlighting that I tried to get a PDF editor but it does not work either, they showed no willingness to listen or assist. Their customer service was rude and unsympathetic to my innocent mistake, which I made. They can charge me for one acceptable month, but they are charging me for one whole year. I am extremely disappointed with their approach and would caution others to be very careful before signing up. I have all the email proof.
