They automatically charge you after the trial ends without any reminder, and their customer support refuses to help—even if you contact them less than 24 hours after the charge.Despite reaching out immediately and explaining the situation, they hid behind their terms and conditions and showed zero flexibility. The responses felt automated and dismissive, with no real attempt to assist.There are plenty of other services that offer similar tools without resorting to these shady subscription tactics. I would not recommend Smallpdf to anyone.
