I tested Smallpdf Pro, entered my credit card details, and quickly realized the service didn’t meet my needs. I forgot to cancel, and just 7 days later, they charged me €90 without any warning.I immediately contacted their support for a refund, but they flat-out refused. No reminder before charging, no flexibility, no goodwill. They trap users with hidden charges and make cancellations difficult.That being said, is there any way to get the refund How can SaaS companies still get away with these practices today? All it does is create massive frustration and drive users away.This kind of approach is entirely unacceptable nowadays. I strongly advise against using Smallpdf!
