Like many others, I started their free trial and was charged without any further communication.I cancelled the subscription within 24 hours of seeing the fee on my credit card and contacted their support team... who ignored all three emails.Through some other convoluted channel, I finally received a response, and despite no longer subscribing, they said too bad and kept the full-year license.This is the only company that has ever done this to me before and I'm now determined to leave this review on any rating site that I can.
