unfortunately I have to agree with the reviewers who are stating it is a scam. I hold my hands up that I didn't cancel the subscription before the trail period ended. I was one day over as I had unfortunately forgotten about it (absolutely no reminder email which makes me suspect this is the result they want). Cut and paste email in reply to my request for a refund saying sorry T&C were clear, tough luck. Legally they may be correct but I would hesitate to recommend a company which so clearly have no regard for their customers potential or otherwise
