Immoral, shady, and underhanded practices. They do not provide refunds and use their website's contract to hide behind. I asked if they provided refunds and the representatives Shannen and Venus avoided my question each time I asked it and kept restating their website statement as if I was incapable of reading.Any reputable business would be able and willing to provide a refund especially when the customer requested it less than 24 hours after purchase. This is a not a company. These are not good people. This IS a scam. Avoid, avoid, avoid and report them to everyone because they will try to steal and gatekeep your money too.
