Small PDF charged my personal credit card for a business account that I am no longer an employee of. I cannot access the business email which the account was registered with and, as the business no longer operates and I am no longer employee of the business, I had no ability to prevent the charge and no need for continued use of the service. I raised the issue with the support team who refused to issue a refund based on the fact that the service was no cancelled before the auto-renewal deadline. As I don't have access to the business email, this was impossible. It's extremely disappointing that customer support is unwilling to assist in the circumstances. I'd suggest that anyone who signs up for a annual subscription should immediately cancel their subscription to avoid auto-renewals without consent.
