I made a subscription to them i think 2 years ago.I used them for 1 month and then I cancelled the subscription in April 2022. I did not notice that for almost 2 years, until Feb 2024 they kept taking 10 eur from my account. I noticed it by accident one day and logged in to cancel my subscription. I was shocked to see that I had cancelled it in April 2022. I tried to remove my credit card, it did not work. I emailed them, they said they could not find my account. They searched by email and could not find me. The only way to fix this annoyting issue was to change my card, at the bank, to issue me a new one. The funny thing is that the next month they emailed me asking me to update my payment details - becaue they could not charge me. The funny part is that they emailed me on the email address they said does not appear in their system, the one they said had no account associated. They are scammers!
