After the first free subscription, I was unable to cancel and was automatically charged a fee. I emailed SmallPDF to request a refund for subscription cancellation. I received a reply email right away and said they would give me a refund. Although it was my responsibility to agree to automatic payment, I was grateful that they refunded me right away, and I had greater trust in SmallPDF. Thank you very much.
