Predatory refund policy - Charged €34 for a same-day cancellation!
I am extremely disappointed with Smallpdf's refund practices. My annual subscription renewed accidentally for €90 today. I contacted support and cancelled ON THE SAME DAY, within hours of the charge, without using any Pro features.
Despite my immediate request, they refused a full refund and kept €34. They are claiming a "30% early termination fee" and charging me for "1 month of use" for a service I cancelled almost immediately. This is an unfair business practice.
Support (Arvie and Michelle) keeps sending automated templates instead of resolving the issue. I demand my remaining €34 back. You can find my case by my account email: [damirgoncar8@gmail.].
Potential users, be careful! They will use "Section 10.1" to take your money even if you cancel 5 minutes after the charge.
