I have not yet received my package. Seems like my package is stuck at the delivery branch and I have been waiting it for almost 10 days or so! Customer service emailed and said I should pick it up at their delivery branch which is a bit ridiculous since I paid for delivery? Why would I need to pick it up? When I check the tracking number it didn’t mentioned that it needs to be pick up and there was no pick up address stated ! Super frustrating dealing with their courier service. I would not recommend! Might as well spend that extra cash on elsewhere rather than having to worry about whether you will receive your package and having to go back and forth with the customer service.
