I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Expedia.While I was in Turkey, I became seriously ill and urgently needed help with my flight. Instead of receiving support, I was met with rude and unhelpful customer service. I provided a doctor’s note to explain my situation, but my request was rejected without any clear reason.What made this even worse is that there was no clear policy on their website explaining why my request would be denied. I was left completely unsupported during a very difficult time.As a result, I ended up paying twice for my flight, and I still have an unused ticket that Expedia did nothing to help me with. This caused me both financial loss and unnecessary stress.This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any travel service. I strongly do not recommend Expedia to anyone.
