UPDATE. 17 OctoberSitejabber replied to my concerns regarding the rating but still have not removed the review which alleges that our company is a scam. This is despite the fact that evidence has been supplied to Sitejabber showing that the customer received the item they had ordered in good condition and, for the slight delay in delivery a refund. Their continued publication of this incorrect and, in our opinion libellous review indicates that they are not interested in publishing actual facts.-------------------------------------------------- For 2025 all of the reviews for the company I work for have been 5* however, Site Jabber have just reduced our rating to 3* on the basis that we have had no reviews in the last few months. WHAT!! How does that make any sense? Surely, if our customers were dissatisfied they would have left their own reviews of less than 5*. They have not!We were then contacted by Site Jabber who said "We’ve helped companies like Fanatics, Grammarly, TickPick, and many more improve how they appear across all of their key review sites."Hmmmm looks like they want us to pay to improve our standing!The company I work for believe it is unethical to pay to improve our rating. We will have no intention of doing that
