Great customer service.With text messaging, voicemail drop (which I think is currently unavailable but should be up and running within the week), and now a dialer as well, you can really do it all. I’m still trying to figure out how to work a good flow, sending texts to all the mobiles and putting the landline in a dialer along with the mobiles that didn’t respond to text. I would love some more insight and will definitely be exploring more training on those things.
