My flight was cancelled on the day I was supposed to take off and now on top of the $600 extra I had to pay and loose 2 days of work now smart fairs won’t even give me back the money that the airline refunded and are literally claiming that they don’t have the money you can’t make this stuff up I’ve filed a complaint with the bbb and sent in a formal demand letter that was ignored now I’m trying to take them to court which will cost me more then what I lost but I’d rather give it to the state then let them get away with it 🤦
