Time taken between delivery of Easee Charge EV charger and installation was longer than expected. This was due to misunderstanding booking the WCS voucher scheme and miscommunication via email. Easee Charge does not include a cable so make sure you read the small print. I received a satisfactory explanation from customer services which was appreciated. In general I believe Smart Home Charge are a good company to deal with.
