⭐ 1 StarI tried to hire a truck for just one day and the process was completely impractical and far from customer-friendly.Instead of a simple hire process, I was faced with an excessive amount of paperwork and requirements that would apparently take up to two weeks to complete — all just to hire a vehicle for a single day. This defeats the entire purpose of short-term hire.What also made little sense was being asked to provide public liability insurance, while at the same time being told the vehicle comes insured and that I would still be charged £50 per day for insurance. The whole process felt unnecessarily complicated and poorly thought out.Hiring a vehicle should be straightforward and efficient. Unfortunately, this experience felt like the opposite.I decided to take my business elsewhere.
