Unreliable let down time and time again be careful!Went back to them after 2yrs as we couldnt find a cherry picker on short notice and they just haven't changed shocking service.No driver turns up so you have to call them to see what's happening,They said his running behind to then say he'll be there at 13.00 when he has been booked for 8.00.We paid for a full day hire not a few hours in the afternoon!All the manager could say is we can give you your money back but I have 3 staff to pay and if it was a one off then maybe but it's not the case!Please be warned that despite there rating on here using them will end in disappointment!I will be updating this regularly until you sort this out...
