I passed my 10k challenge more 3 months ago but cos not complete my verification cos my id was not ready. Now I have my driver's license and I complete my registration, and even done the selfie part then it says it's can't verify my profile. The customer support,Elsa is said there nothing that can be done cos I tried 2 times. This is scam to me. Refund my money since you can't complete my verification for reasons unstated. This feels like a scam to me. Refund my challenge payment cos it's not easy passing phase 1 and 2 change. Samson
